A Perth-based resources group headed by a Board and management team with a successful track record of building significant resources companies through exploration success. MOD is actively drilling for copper and silver in Africa (Botswana Copper Project) and gold in New Zealand (Sams Creek Gold Project).

MOD's 100% owned Botswana Copper Project covers a vast and strategic holding of more than 8,300km² on the Kalahari Copper Belt, an emerging copper-silver province of world class potential similar in style to the well-known deposits of Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

MOD has launched a drilling program with the aim of defining large scale copper-silver deposits similar to the significant Boseto and Ghanzi discoveries made on adjoining leases by emerging miner Discovery Metals Ltd and Hana Mining Ltd.

MOD has defined a significant new zone of high grade copper-silver mineralisation with its maiden drilling program, with grades of up to 3.87% Cu and 106g/t Ag. Drilling will continue well into 2012.

MOD is also earning up to 80% of New Zealand's biggest undeveloped gold resource, the 770,000 ounce Sams Creek Gold Project, under a Joint Venture with OceanaGold Corporation. MOD launched a diamond drilling program at Sams Creek in October 2011 which aims to expand and upgrade the existing JORC compliant resource.

Headed by former Sandfire Resources chairman Miles Kennedy, the MOD board and management team has extensive operating experience in Africa and New Zealand. The Company's exploration efforts are backed by a strong and supportive shareholder base.
