MOD Wins Prestigious Craig Oliver Award
Presented each year at the RIU Explorers Conference to an “all-round” small to mid-cap Australian mining company that has excelled across a number of areas including exploration, corporate activity and in social and environmental performance throughout the year. Previous recipients of the Craig Oliver Award have gone on to become some of the most recognisable names in the Australian and global resources sector.
MOD Resources is extremely proud to have been recognised for its achievements to date with the T3 Copper Project, while continuing to work towards proving up the potential copper-belt scale opportunity of the Kalahari Copper Belt in Botswana.
Julian Hanna, Managing Director of MOD said “On behalf of MOD Resources, it is an absolute honour to receive this unique and prestigious award. It is a great credit to the wonderful work and dedication of the entire MOD team both here in Perth and also importantly on the ground in Botswana where we are looking to develop our first mine in an area we believe could hold many more exciting discoveries. The support we continue to receive from our shareholders and many stakeholders is a testament to the quality of the assets and vision of the MOD Team.”
He added “On a personal note, I am humbled to have collected this award from Craig’s wife Shanelle. Craig was both a work colleague and a great friend and this helps us to remember Craig and the Sundance Team for their lasting contribution to the mining industry.”
